Shangrila, a timeless place where no one ages, where peace and serenity rule, fountains of healing waters remove your cares like road dust in a foot wash. An illusion, bested only by that of Shambala, where the Buddha reins over a peaceful kingdom. In a lifelong pursuit of such peace, I have arrived. Crash thud-thud thump. The reality is something else, and far more interesting.
